Swansea House
An extremely special waterfront site looks over the sand dunes and white sandy beach, out towards the Freycinet Peninsula and The Hazards. A complex, yet refined steel structure is highlighted in the architectural aesthetic and allows for large expanses of glass to take in the incredible views. A focus on the functional design was to provide diverse indoor and outdoor living spaces to cater for all of the seasons and result in the ultimate waterfront beach house.
