The location for this project is a virtual waterfront block of land, facing onto one of Tasmania’s most beautiful beaches. The views and site are capitalised on by utilising large amounts of glass and steel on the waterside facade. Behind this, a central courtyard provides privacy and protects the occupants from prevailing sea breezes.
